Alternate side parking and meters are in effect.
Before you park
01
If ASP is in effect
Follow the street-cleaning days and times posted on the block. The restriction lasts for the full posted period even if a sweeper has already passed.
02
If ASP is suspended
A suspension does not automatically erase every other curb rule. No Standing, No Stopping, No Parking, time limits and meter rules can still apply depending on the day and sign.
03
Read the whole block
Temporary changes and multiple signs can apply on one block. Use the official status as one input, then read the posted signs where the vehicle is actually parked.
Important: NYC Dayline is showing the status supplied by NYC311, not issuing parking permission. Always follow posted signs and verify the official source when a ticket risk depends on the answer.
